Cancellation and Refund Policy

In digital product sales (E-pin, in-game code, software license, etc.), the legal right to return and cancel is waived once the product is successfully delivered.

Special Refund Cases

    Out of Stock:

    If the product cannot be supplied due to technical reasons, a full refund is issued within 1 hour without any deduction.

  • 02
    Defective Product:

    If the delivered digital code is proven to be invalid (verified by screen recording or support), an instant refund or exchange is provided.

  • 03
    Wrong Product:

    If a product different from the purchase is delivered and it's confirmed that the code is unused, the refund is processed.

Refunds are processed via PayTR/Stripe and reflect in your account within 1-7 business days.
