AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 1: PARTIES

1.1. SELLER: The service provider under this agreement is SVK Frontier System (Authorized: Deniz Alp Cumcum & Özgür Cumcum - Siverek/Şanlıurfa, Tel: 0544 611 90 15) hereinafter referred to as 'SELLER'.

1.2. BUYER: The user who becomes a member of www.freedomshop.com.tr, makes a purchase, and approves this agreement electronically.

ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of digital products ordered by the BUYER via www.freedomshop.com.tr.

ARTICLE 3: PRODUCT DELIVERY

3.1. Ordered digital content (epin, game code, account, etc.) is delivered to the BUYER's panel after payment confirmation.

3.2. Delivery of digital products is completed instantly or within a maximum of 24 hours due to their nature.

ARTICLE 4: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL EXCEPTION

4.1. In accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts; the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in 'contracts regarding services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer'.

4.2. The BUYER acknowledges in advance that no refund is possible once the digital content is delivered.

ARTICLE 5: PAYMENT SECURITY

Payments are collected using the Stripe/PayTR infrastructure. BUYER's payment information is not stored on the SELLER's servers.

ARTICLE 6: AUTHORIZED COURT

In any disputes arising from this agreement, Şanlıurfa/Siverek Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts are authorized.
